Hatha Yoga
Traditional yoga focusing on postures and breath, promoting balance, strength, and flexibility through slow-paced, gentle practices with proper alignment.
Vinyasa Yoga
Dynamic Vinyasa yoga in a heated room (90-95°F), enhancing flexibility, circulation, and detoxification for an invigorating experience.
Chair Yoga
Gentle yoga adapted for sitting, beneficial for mobility challenges, focusing on breath, flexibility, strength, and balance, ideal for seniors.
Restorative Yoga
Therapeutic yoga emphasizing relaxation and stress reduction, holding passive poses with props for deep rest and rejuvenation of body and mind.
Ballet Barre
Dance-inspired fitness class incorporating classical ballet technique at a barre for support, designed for all experience levels, combining tradition with accessibility.
Pilates
Fitness class focusing on core strength, flexibility, and overall body endurance through low-impact, controlled movements and precise alignment.

Wildflower Yoga
Wildflower Yoga Studio is a culmination of a life long dream and a labor of love coming together in little Douglas, WY. What once was once 1930’s service station with plenty of flair has become a sacred, safe space for the practice of yoga. This cozy and intimate studio offers a variety of classes and workshops guided by a group of loving teachers who want to help students create the best versions of themselves. The owner’s roots are cultivated in Eastern Yogic Philosophy, Ayurveda, and Devotion. The atmosphere is warm and compassionate and promotes community, mindfulness, relaxation and expansion. Wildflower Studio is home to many devoted, kind souls and guides, rooted in Wyoming, cultivating a holistic approach to wellbeing through the practices of yoga and Ayurveda.
Classes
Our classes are designed to help you deepen your practice and connect with your body, mind and spirit. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, we have something for you. Our classes include Hatha and vinyasa–style yoga, as well as speciality classes, including yin and restorative yoga, chair yoga and pilates.
