FAQ
What Do I Wear To Class?
Comfortable clothing! Anything that allows you to move freely without constriction. Leggings, sweatpants or shorts on the bottom, tee shirts or tank tops on the top.
Some people love to wear layers they can shed if needed and add back during cool down.
What Do I Bring To Class?
If you have a yoga mat and props that you like, please bring them. Water is also encouraged to keep you well and hydrated. If you don’t have equipment for yoga, no worries we have plenty of extra for student use.
Do I Need Any Prior Yoga Experience?
It can be very helpful to have prior experience, however all are welcome. Please let your instructor know if you are a beginner and they will take good care of you!
What If I Get Tired?
Take a break! Our instructors all know exactly what it feels like to take a break, you are always welcome to honor your body and provide it the rest you require.
I Have A Medical Condition Or Injure. Can I Still Participate In Class?
Yes! Please communicate the condition and needs with the teacher before class begins. Our teachers are informed and educated to help with special conditions.
