Beth Willbond

Greetings, fellow metal enthusiasts, yogis, and seekers of wellness. I'm Beth, your guide into the realm of Heavy Metal Yoga. In October of 2022, I ventured into yoga teacher training with the Sadhana School of Yoga in Casper Wyoming. In May of 2023 I graduated with my 200-hour certificate. This formal training equipped me with the knowledge and skills to not only instruct yoga but to integrate my passion for metal music into the practice. As a dedicated metalhead, I approached traditional yoga with a unique perspective, infusing elements of heavy metal into the standard yoga class. This integration resulted in the creation of Heavy Metal Yoga, a practice that seeks to harmonize the serenity of yoga with the powerful and dynamic essence of metal music. Join me in exploring the synergy between the meditative grace of yoga and the visceral energy of heavy metal. The transformative journey awaits, as we forge a connection between the tranquility of the mat and the intensity of the metal experience.
